Computer Log-In Quick Guide
For admin computers, like the check-in laptops (and check-in computers in some cases):
Login ID: delta.user
Password: 8 red and white!
If a student logs off a computer at Nelson Hall, inside Labs 400 or 410, use the following login ID and password to return to the NetSupport shell (recommend pasting the password into the NetSupport login dialog, to prevent locking out the account):
Login ID: delta.pop-in.user
Password: Packwolf#1Packwolf
DUO Help After Hours
919-515-HELP (4357) after hours and press 2 after prompted to by the phone system, should be directed to an Operations associate who is able to give a bypass code on Google or Duo after answering a security question.
